Dear American Friends,

Almost twenty years ago, when my husband Witold and I were flying to America, in the airplane, somewhere above the Atlantic Ocean, our big dream was born: to do something good and meaningful for this wonderful, hospitable country that let us call her our new homeland.

In Jun 9 this year, there will be 20-th anniversary of this date, so important for our life. And we feel, now we are ready to make our dream come true.

Twenty years of our freedom in America - it is a long time, but it seams just like a moment when we realize that after 123 years of lack of independence, our country Poland enjoyed her freedom for less than twenty years only, and it was interrupted so brutally by the World War II.

Because we have opportunity to look at the situation in the USA and in the world from two different observation points - Polish and American - we don't have to live like "under the protective glass hemisphere". Let us explain what we mean by that. We're sure you're familiar with the movie "Truman Show" - the Polish translation "Life under the protective glass hemisphere" Is more adequate. You can make people live under the protective glass hemisphere, even very hermetic, like in communism, but sooner or later they will finally realize it, and nothing is able to kill a natural human urge to freedom. But - it can be also an opposite situation that people live a happy life under the protective glass hemisphere and do not realize that there is lots of bad behind their beautiful, comfortable, safe protective glass hemisphere.

The events from September 11, 2001, the saddest and the most horrifying American date, are not a result of the fact that many people in the world do not understand and appreciate America now. It began long ago, at the moment when the USA was born, the moment of signing the Declaration of Independence. The breath of freedom was a "salt in the eye" for many fanatics all over the world. We know exactly what we're talking about. We were born and raised in a communistic country. Thanks God, our parents were born and raised before the World War II. That's why, they were able to pass to us timeless, common human values they learned in a truly free Poland (please, let us remind you that a Polish Constitution from May 3, 1791 was the second most democratic constitution in the world, right after the American Constitution). We are lucky - we are from the generation, which - through our parents - was able to learn these values. Unfortunately, not everybody from our generation was able to be strong enough to resist the hidden, snaky poison that were flowing from television screens, from radios, newspapers - but what we learned from parents helped a lot. The next generation was not so lucky to have such teachers - it is much more difficult to teach about something that you did not experience yourself…

Wonderful citizens of the most wonderful country in the world - we need your help and advice.

We learned a lot within these twenty years in the USA - learned from you, Americans. We have gone through many courses and seminars on Personal Development - by Tony Robbins, Les Brown etc. We read over one hundred books on this subject, by the authors like Norman Vincent Peale, Dale Carnegie, Og Mandino, David J. Schwartz. Joseph Murphy… For over ten years, we gave countless consultations - group and individual - as personal coaches, mostly in Poland. Recently, we got certified as Silva Stress Management Consultants - and who does not experience any stress in today's rushing and uncertain world? There are hundreds of people who's lives changed for better thanks to our personal guidance we provided using the knowledge and experience we got in this wonderful country. We get letters and phone calls from Poland, where most of these people live. Many people - both Poles and Americans - were encouraging us to write a book about stories from our life we were sharing to inspire them, to show them that our life is a prove of how the universal laws work. Well - we are in the middle of writing several books now.
We would greatly appreciate your help - if you can, please, give us your suggestions and advice on a few things.

- We would need some help with promotion - how we can successfully approach people and institutions that need our help most. For instance, we know with one hundred percent certainty that our Stress Management Seminar would be of a great help to the Real Estate people - this is one of the most prestigious and the most stressful professions. Also, the biggest concern of the majority of big companies is how to increase the productivity - and our Stress Management Seminar could be called also Productivity Seminar. We know, we have many great tools in our hands that can tremendously help people to live better life - we just need some people to get us know personally to learn how we can help others, and to help us then to promote what we have to offer, before we will get recognition in the USA.

- Also, we would be grateful for any advice and help with our books that - we are sure - will be bestsellers. What makes us so sure about it? Well, we pass in these books information that already helped hundreds of people we worked with. We pass information that attracted thousands of people to our seminars, lectures, training and workshops in Poland. Also, many Americans told us to put it in the form of a book. At the beginning, there will be two books, but then at least three more - we have a lot of to say.
